10 rounds for time, 10 reps each exercise
1. Press Up
2. Squat Thrust
3. Shoulder Tap
4. Mountain Climber
5. Burpee

Perform 10 reps of each exercise, starting with exercise 1, flowing through to exercise 5. Continue this for 10 rounds, for time. Totalling: 500 gruelling reps.

It doesn’t matter how long it takes, how fit/unfit you are, as long as you complete it. All workouts should be completed with prior knowledge of the exercise. Don’t muck yourself in the process, do it right and keep your body in the fight!  Perform a proper warm up & cool down during the workout, DM us if you have any questions.
