This one is fast paced, accessible to all and only requires one piece of kit.

This challenge is;

Get your hands on a kettlebell. 16kg is the middle of the road, go higher or lower depending on your ability. 

REMEMBER, this workout is FOR TIME. So pick something you're going to be able to keep hold of for around 20 minutes.

Alternate hands as required, but you MUST complete each exercise before moving onto the next. 100 snatch THEN 100 swings etc. Alternate hands as required.

Send us an email showing you've done this with screenshots from your phone, video, health app, strava, fitbit etc etc etc

It doesn’t matter how long it takes, how fit/unfit you are, as long as you complete it. All workouts should be completed with prior knowledge of the exercise. Don’t muck yourself in the process, do it right and keep your body in the fight!  Perform a proper warm up & cool down during the workout, email us if you have any questions.
