Cover 100 miles on foot in a 30 day period. (does not have to be a calendar month)

Hit these miles however you can, run 3.4 miles everyday or bang them out in a week if you're nails.

The whole aim of this challenge it to get people outside and moving every day, hopefully by the end of it you will have formed a new healthy habit.

Scaling options are;

• Mixture of running and walking miles
• Walk the whole thing
• Reach this target with your daily step count (250,000 steps total)

Send us an email showing you've done this with screenshots from your phone health app, strava, fitbit etc etc etc

It doesn’t matter how long it takes, how fit/unfit you are, as long as you complete it. All workouts should be completed with prior knowledge of the exercise. Don’t muck yourself in the process, do it right and keep your body in the fight!  Perform a proper warm up & cool down during the workout, email us if you have any questions.
