Welcome to our July Challenge. 31 days, 30 minutes of movement, 15 minutes of reading and 5 minutes of mindfulness, plus all of the accountability.
Our monthly challenges have been such a success (check the participants' thoughts here), that we've decided to run a challenge every other month during 2024. This month, we're revisiting our most popular challenge to date, Antebellum.
Well over 70 people took part in Antebellum last time we did it, and it proved to be so successful that we have decided to bring it back. However, this time we've added in a twist, 15 minutes of daily reading.
Everyday we will focus on the three core components of a DEVSOC'ers lifestyle: movement; reading; mindfulness.
30 minutes of daily movement, it is as simple as that. 30 minutes of walking, running, or clean and jerking, as long as you move for 30 minutes, it's a tick in the box.
15 minutes of daily reading, again, simple yet effective. Check out our reading list here for some recommendations: DEVSOC Library – The Development Society.
5 minutes of mindfulness, focus on one thing and one thing only for 5 minutes. We recommend using Meditation and Sleep Made Simple - Headspace for this.
EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
