This exercise in particular focuses on values, your values.
The aim of this exercise is to provide you with the means to identify and reflect on what values influence your decisions and actions, (both at work and in your personal lives). This exercise can be undertaken on its own or as part of a holistic exercise in self-awareness alongside the Motivations, Balance and Strengths exercises.
The aim of the exercise is to provide the subject with an opportunity to reflect on what values are important to them and what guides them as a person. Once completed, you will be able to embark on future work and projects with a clearer understanding of your personal values. For example, if you are somebody that values teamwork, trust, and family above all else this may well influence the next role or job you apply for.
