Welcome to GRALLA.
A slightly different concept - one that's full of gains.
GRALLA is a live, periodised, monthly training plan. In essence, you'll join a community of people who conduct the same workout day-to-day, scaled to your own ability.
The GRALLA plan will cycle through all aspects of fitness and is a general performance program, great for those who want a well-rounded level of fitness with no specific biases.
There are two GRALLA plans to choose from; Beginner or Intermediate/Advanced. BOTH contain gym AND equipment-free versions of workouts. So if you've not got access to a gym, you can still get involved.
You'll be delivered a daily workout written by our Head of Coaching and you can expect to work out most days on the Intermediate/Advanced plan, with more rest days and lighter programming on the beginner.
You are able to change from the Beginner to I/A, or vice-versa at any point in time, just let us know.
Our most cost-effective Phys option, GRALLA is perfect for you if you want to conduct well thought out daily phys without the hefty price tag.

We don't accept every applicant though, we only work with those who we think would be a good fit. After you've been accepted onto GRALLA, you'll receive an email stating so and outlining the next steps.
The cost for GRALLA is £50 per month, which includes access to the GRALLA Slack Channels, access to our Coaches, and more.
