The three exercises are: 

Motivations: 

Based on the Self Determination Theory model, this exercise uses several predetermined statements which you grade using a scale of accuracy (i.e. 1=not accurate, 5=extremely accurate). Once you have completed this exercise, you will be able to embark on future work and projects with a clearer understanding of your motivating factors which in turn gives you a greater chance of successfully attaining your goals. You'll be sent a PDF workbook with the exercise to work through and understand how you are motivated.

Values: 

The aim of the exercise is to provide the subject with an opportunity to reflect on what values are important to them and what guides them as a person. Once completed, you will be able to embark on future work and projects with a clearer understanding of your personal values. For example, if you are somebody that values teamwork, trust, and family above all else this may well influence the next role or job you apply for. You'll be sent a PDF workbook with the exercise to work through and understand what you truly value in life.

Balance: 

The aim of this exercise is to provide you with the means to identify and reflect on the eight key areas of our lives and assess our level of satisfaction in each. By examining our lives, first in its component parts and then as a whole we are provided with a greater picture of any imbalance, areas of dysfunction, and alignment. This exercise can be undertaken on its own or as part of a holistic exercise in self-awareness alongside the Values, Balance, and Strengths exercises. You'll be sent a PDF workbook with the exercise to work through and understand where we place importance.
