This exercise in particular focuses on balance, otherwise known as, the wheel of life.
The aim of this exercise is to provide you with the means to identify and reflect on the eight key areas of our lives and assess our level of satisfaction in each. By examining our lives, first in its component parts and then as a whole we are provided with a greater picture of any imbalance, areas of disfunction and alignment. This exercise can be undertaken on its own or as part of a holistic exercise in self-awareness alongside the Values, Balance and Strengths exercises.
Once you have completed this exercise, you will be able to embark on future work and projects with a clearer understanding of your motivating factors which in turn gives you a greater chance of successfully attaining your goals.
